My second QREATE and it arrived after a few days and the pannier arrived a few days later. Well packed, Easy to assemble and a joy to ride. It is heavy with the battery in but the 7 gears mean you can sill ride comfortably without assistance.

Très bon vélo, mais reçu abîmé à la livraison.( rayure sur le cadre et sur l’écran de contrôle ). Et malheureusement, on me dit que cela n’affecte pas le fonctionnement du vélo et que le vélo avait été inspecté avant la livraison.

Tout d’abord je tiens à remercier le service client hyper réactif en effet j’ai eu quelques soucis avec le transporteur français et le service client QREATE a été tés réactif encore merci. J’ai donc reçu le vélo hier montage plutôt facile mise à part une pièce collée. Je l’ai testé et pris en main aujourd’hui pour aller au travail à 20km de chez moi. L’aller retour c’est très bien passé juste la moitié de la batterie utilisé alors qu’il y a beaucoup de monté, une route chaotique et moi qui ne suis pas sportive et pèse mon poids. Un rapport qualité prix au top. Merci de rendre accessible à tous vos vélo
