Clean your QREATE bike just the way you would clean a regular bike. The battery can handle water, but it is recommended to remove the battery before hosing down your QREATE bike.

Charging the battery from empty to full typically takes 6-9 hours.

While our riders are free to modify their e-bike and make it their own, certain modifications could be dangerous and could void the warranty.

Non-bicycle components such as tires and after-market motors, put much more stress on the mechanical and electrical components than they were designed for.

Please keep in mind that any modifications to the electrical system of our e-bikes, such as after-market batteries, motors, throttles, controllers, and headlights will void the warranty as they can affect the performance and the behavior of the bike.

The bike is 95% assembled, please follow the assembly instructions included with the bike. You can also find all instructions and videos on our website.
However, we generally recommend having your e-bike assembled at a nearby QREATE authorized dealer or a professional bike shop.

We have established connections with local after-sales service centers. Customers can go there for repairs if the problem is within the warranty period.

We are unable to modify or change an order once it has been placed. If you need to make any adjustments, you may cancel your order (as long as it falls within our Cancellation Policy) and then place a new order with the correct information.

If you are missing an item from your delivery, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. To help us assist you more effectively, please provide your order number and any other relevant information when contact us.

You do not need to register your e-bike, nor obtain a special permit, or have a license to ride your QREATE e-bike.



Our e-bikes are EPAC certified; QREATE electric bicycles purchased and sold for use in Europe have been tested, certified, and are conforming to security requirements of EPAC (Electric Power Assisted Cycle) according to EN 15194.
