Does it cost anything to join the QREATE Affiliate Program?
Any registered QREATE user aged 18 or over can participate. Simply create a QREATE account to get your unique referral link. Earn a €50 reward for every new customer who makes their first purchase through your referral.
Can I refer myself?
No. The Referral Program is designed to reward genuine recommendations between friends. Self-referrals will be detected and disqualified. Orders linked by the same address, payment method, or account may be considered self-referrals.
When will I receive my reward?
Once your friend receives their order and the 14-day return period has ended, the reward will enter a pending status. After an additional 30-day refund observation period, the reward will be unlocked. You can then request a payout at any time, with payments typically arriving within 3–5 business days.
Is there a minimum payout amount?
Yes. The minimum payout is €50, equivalent to one successful referral. Once your balance reaches €50, you can request a payout. Any balance below €50 will carry over until the minimum is reached.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
No. There is no referral limit. The more friends you refer, the more you can earn. 10 referrals = €500. 20 referrals = €1,000. There’s no cap on your earnings.
What happens if my friend returns their purchase?
If your friend returns their order during the 30-day observation period, the corresponding reward will be deducted from your account. If the reward has already been paid out, the amount will be automatically deducted from your next eligible rewards. Returns made after the 30-day observation period will not affect rewards that have already been paid.

**Advocate:** A registered QREATE customer who invites others to purchase QREATE products using their unique referral link or discount code.
**Friend:** A new QREATE customer who makes their first purchase through an Advocate’s referral link or discount code.
2. Referral Requirements
* Referrals must be made using the Advocate’s unique referral link or discount code **at the time of purchase**. Referral discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
* The Advocate must use their unique referral link or discount code for the purchase to be eligible for a reward. If the link or code is not used, no reward will be issued.
* Each eligible order qualifies for **one referral reward only**. Purchasing multiple e-bikes in the same order still counts as one referral.
3. Advocate Eligibility
To participate, the Advocate must:
* Have a registered QREATE account.
* Maintain an account in good standing, with no chargebacks, fraud, or other violations of QREATE’s purchase terms.
4. Friend Eligibility
The Friend must:
* Complete a purchase on **eu.qreate.com** using the Advocate’s unique referral link or discount code.
* Be a new QREATE customer making their first purchase.
* Use the referral offer without combining it with any other discount code or promotion.
5. Program Integrity
QREATE encourages all riders to share their riding experiences with friends and grow our community together. To maintain a healthy and positive community, QREATE reserves the right to suspend or revoke participation in the Referral Program at any time.
Any abuse, misuse, fraudulent activity, or other inappropriate behavior may result in disqualification from the program and cancellation of any associated rewards.
