Free shipping: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Slovenia
*Free shipping does not apply to islands or remote areas.
** Please note that tariffs of these areas are the Qreate's responsibility.
*Please note that VAT and customs clearance fees in these three regions are the customer's responsibility.
For accessories： Shipping within the mentioned European countries is free of charge.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times
Handling Time:
In-Stock Items: Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
After processing, you will receive an automated email with your tracking details.

Delivery estimates vary by product type and your shipping region:
Ebike 5-10 Business Days. Accessories 10-15 Business Days.
Pre-Order Items:
Total delivery time for pre-orders is calculated by adding the estimated shipping date shown on the product page to the standard delivery time for your region.
In-Stock Items: Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Important Reminder
Please keep the original packaging and all materials for at least 14 days after you receive the delivery. This is necessary for any possible repairs or returns.
3. Shipping Issues & What to Do
Delayed or Missing Packages:
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe or items are missing, please contact support at support@qreatebikes.com within 1 week of the estimated delivery date.
Returned Packages:
If your package is returned to the sender, Qreate will investigate immediately. They need to confirm it has arrived back at the overseas warehouse before arranging re-shipment. If the return was caused by a late pickup or incorrect address, additional fees may apply for redelivery or refund processing.
Tracking Says “Delivered” but You Didn’t Receive It:
Email support@qreatebikes.com within 3 calendar days of the delivery notification with your order details. Qreate will help start an investigation with the carrier, but if the issue isn’t reported within 3 days, the carrier may not be able to investigate or compensate for the loss.
