Warranty Policy

1. The Scope of the Warranty
This Limited Warranty is issued by QreateInc. It applies only to products purchased directly from the official Qreate website (https://qreatebikes.com). Products purchased through other sales channels (such as Amazon, offline retailers, etc.) are subject to the warranty policies of those respective platforms or dealers.
The Warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights that consumers may have under applicable law concerning the non-conformity of goods.

2. Warranty Periods by Component
The warranty period commences either on the date of purchase as stated on the original purchase invoice and remains in effect for the duration specified for each component listed below:

C.Wearing Parts
Wear and tear of consumable parts requiring regular maintenance (including but not limited to tires, inner tubes, brake pads, cables, housings, grips, chains, spokes, kickstand, pedals, saddles), subject to expected wear associated with normal use, so Qreate only provide a three-month warranty.
Replacement parts can be purchased from local store or Qreate.

3. Shipping Damage
In rare cases, items may be damaged during transportation. If your product arrives with shipping damage, please contact the dealer or Qreate promptly and provide clear photos or videos as supporting evidence.
Note: The following situations are considered normal and are not covered by the free replacement or refund policy:- Slight damage to the outer packaging
- Minor scratches or paint chipping on the product
- Bendable parts bent due to transportation
- Parts or wear-prone components damaged after a certain period of use
- Shipping damage claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Note: The following situations are considered normal and are not covered by the free replacement or refund policy:- Slight damage to the outer packaging
- Minor scratches or paint chipping on the product
- Bendable parts bent due to transportation
- Parts or wear-prone components damaged after a certain period of use

4. Warranty Exclusions
The Warranty does not cover the following situations:
Failure of consumable or wear-and-tear parts, including but not limited to: Brake pads, plastic components, spokes, rims, brake cables, and surface scratches
Damaged wires or accessories with visible scratches, cracks, or breakage
Malfunctions caused by improper use, including but not limited to:
Failure to follow the User Manual for use, maintenance, or adjustments
Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification Improper use or improper storage
Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, or external impact
Minor scratches or accessory damage incurred during transportation
Repair costs incurred by non-authorised repair centres
Failure of consumable or wear-and-tear parts, including but not limited to: Brake pads, plastic components, spokes, rims, brake cables, and surface scratches
Damaged wires or accessories with visible scratches, cracks, or breakage
Malfunctions caused by improper use, including but not limited to:
Failure to follow the User Manual for use, maintenance, or adjustments
Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification Improper use or improper storage
Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, or external impact

Repair costs incurred by non-authorised repair centres
5. How to Claim Your Warranty?
All warranty claims must be submitted through Qreate Ebike and sent to support@qreatebikes.com. Proof of purchase, along with clear photos or videos showing the issue or damage, must be provided with every warranty request.
Before submitting a warranty claim, customers are encouraged to contact Qreate Ebike via support@qreatebikes.com, as some issues may be resolved with a simple solution that does not require filing a formal claim. Valid warranty claims submitted within the applicable warranty period will be handled by Qreate Ebike.
A refundable deposit is required for the replacement of the LCD display, motor, controller, and/or battery. The deposit will be fully refunded once Qreate Ebike receives the parts that need to be replaced.
Qreate Ebike will not replace any parts without prior review of photos or videos showing the damaged product. Customers must submit this evidence by email.
Attention: Qreate Ebike may provide free components or replacement parts under warranty; however, shipping costs are not included, and installation or labor fees are not covered unless expressly authorized by the after-sales team in advance.
